LYRICS
by Titiksava Karunika Dasa
All Across the world today
All the kids are chanting the holy name
The holy name remains sublime
And that’s why we’re chanting all the time
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
You see it doesn’t really matter if you’re young or old
Everybody’s got a spirit soul
The holy name makes us feel OK
And that’s why we’re chanting everyday
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare

I saw a man cooped in a traction bed
Watchin’ the baseball game
His arms and legs were hanging in the air
He said, “Man I got it made!
The nurses come with lunch at half past one
Bring me anything I want that day
Insurance covers all expenditures”
Doesn’t care how long he has to stay
A drunk man lying in the alley way
Traces of vomit on his shabby clothes
Dreaming ’bout a time when life was good to him
Now he’s penniless and on his own
I tried to wake him, he wouldn’t budge
He was off in Never-Never land
Then he awoke and told me with a smile
“You know I’m sure she’s gonna understand”
He didn’t know that he was suffering
Didn’t even feel the pain
He didn’t know that he was suffering
Or that when he dies if his spirit isn’t purified
He’ll have to come back and suffer again
Ain’t it amazing to see the material energy
Offering pleasures that just cease to be
and we don’t even know we’re suffering
Ya know one time I met a movie star
So I thought I’d play him one of my songs
He told me that my stuff would not be popular
You gotta give the people what they want
He told me all these stories ’bout his sex appeal
His climb to stardom and his seventh wife
Said I really ought to meet his analyst
She helped him kick the cocaine habit twice
He didn’t know that he was suffering
Didn’t even feel the pain
He didn’t know that he was suffering
Or that when he dies if his spirit isn’t purified
He’ll have to come back and suffer again

(This song is from the perspective of Krishna)
True love comes in the knowing you’ve got to love to be loved
But if ever you should leave me, you’ll be the one I’m thinking of
And I’ll always be there, you can bet that I’ll be true
Yes I’ll always be there, I’m the only one for you
When the night becomes cloudy and you’re thinking to go
Though you’ll never be satisfied there is one thing you should know
That all I really want is to see you happy
And have you always by my side
And I’ll always be there, you can bet that I’ll be true
Yes I’ll always be there, I’m the only one for you
And if you go you’ll be sorry, trading good times for bad
But you always should remember when you come home I’ll be so glad
Cause all I really want is to see you happy
And have you always by my side
And I’ll always be there, you can bet that I’ll be true
Yes I’ll always be there, I’m the only one for you
Yes I’ll always be there and I want you next to me
Yes I’ll always be there but I know you must be free
Words & Music
by Titiksava Karunika Dasa
When your world falls apart
You don’t know where to start
Your so-called friends tell you to go away
Save your friendship for a rainy day
With sharpened words they cut you down to size
Could be a Blessing In Disguise
When the sun fails to shine
Black as night for all time
And all that’s left to do is pray to God
Although it’s foreign or it may seem odd
It’s just a chance to open up your eyes
It’s a blessing (repeat)
Don’t you know that there’s a master plan
And even though we may not understand
The Supreme Lord has the upper hand
And wants us all to come back home again
There’s no need to look far
When we see who we are
And everything that happens day to day
Is really meant to help us on our way
When trouble comes, it’s really no surprise
It’s just a Blessing In Disguise
It’s a blessing
Words & Music
by Titiksava Karunika Dasa
If you’re feeling blue
and don’t know what to do
Just chant it !
If you’re feeling good
and don’t know why you should
Just chant it !
If you’re serving out a sentence
gotta spend you’re life in jail
Or on vacation on the Adria
just going for a sail
Or a nine month pregnant lady
who’s moving like a snail
Just chant it !
If you’re the zones most active guru
or the chairman of the GBC
Just chant it !
Or another spaced out bhakta
cutting fruits for the deity
Just chant it !
If you’re singing on the street
using a stolen guitar
Or if you’re playing covers
in a lowly cross-town bar
Even if you got ten top hits
yeah the biggest super-star
Just chant it !
It’s the process recommended by the sages
and the holy men throughout the ages
It’s the perfect panacea
for all the problems and the whole creation
Just chant it !
If you’re in need of money
or feeling some distress
If you’re a seeker of the truth
or just a little curious
If you haven’t bathed for ages
or if you always like it clean
If you’re flying jets for NASA
or a navigator on a submarine
If you’re a friend of the royal family
picking puppies for the Queen
Just chant it !

Cheaters and the cheated I was defeated
No one to turn to except for you (the spiritual master)
No reason no rhyme and that was their crime
(They say) That life had just happened out on the weekend
No rhyme no reason no purpose no direction
Lost in love friendship and affection
Is there anyone gonna ask the real question
Oh my soul… Where will I go?
We had befallen into the well
You came and you pulled us to where we could tell
The difference from reality and the illusion
That the leaders try to feed us meant to keep us in delusion
No rhyme no reason no purpose no direction
Lost in love friendship and affection
Is there anyone gonna ask the real question
Oh my soul… Where will I go?
Words & Music
by Titiksava Karunika Dasa and Zoë
Well I’m searching for the answers
And I’m wondering where this road will lead
Kindly tell me, is there a difference
That you’re feeling between you and me?
I know that you’ll say that I’m crazy to believe
But have you something better that you’re hiding up your sleeve?
People saying “listen to me”
That they’ve found it, and seem quite sincere
Their behavior often differs quite acutely
From the things that you hear
I know that you’ll say that I’m crazy to believe
But have you something better that you’re hiding up your sleeve?
I really want to know, if there’s any one who knows
All the things that Jesus knows
Degradation of religion, to just another money-making business
Is never gonna stop me from believing in something when I sing
When I’m wandering deep inside myself
There’s this something that hands me the truth
Tears are flowing, my heart’s melting,
There’s a wisdom that we all once knew
I know that you’ll say that I’m crazy to believe
But have you something better that you’re hiding up your sleeve?
I know, yes I know, that you think I’m crazy, to believe
So crazy, but can you show me something better, something better just for me?
Till then I’m searching, for the answers
And I’m wondering where this road will lead

So many people talking, but it don’t make sense
Saying everything htat happens is coincidence
Postulating theories, but they’ve got no proof
Then posing as pssessors of the absolute truth
The truth is there for everyone, it’s evident
And if you really want to know, make this experiment
Cry out, like a child for it’s mother
Cry out, surely you will discover
That when you cry out
There is someone there when you pray
Sometimes we’re wondering where it all comes from
The fire below, and the kingdom come
Some say it started with a blast in space
While others have ssen angles face to face
Cry out, cry out, cry out the names of the lord
Cry out, cry out, surely you’ll find your reward
Perhaps your thinking this is too far out
Well anyone with brains is gonna have some doubt
Why not take a chance, you’ll be the lucky one
Your fear will disappear like the snow at the sight of the sun

Words & Music

You know it seems a long, long and weary road
But we’re holdin’ on and you can tell if we’re just fakin’ it
Why we went away really couldn’t say
But we’re trying to come back hope we’ll be makin’ it
You are the one who has opened up the door
Such faith and compassion we had never seen before
May the world recognize your might
Helping us through our plight
With the torchlight of knowledge you’re leading the way
Turning the darkness to light
This world’s a troubled place, everybody wants their space
The authorities tell us what to think and how to feel
You taught us Krishna’s name, now we do the same
And it’s really true, that we have found something real
You came along and you turned us all around
Now we want to give all the love that we’ve found
Who would have ever know that when you left your home
Such a humble man would return so victorious
Now we want to spread your fame, every one will know your name
Srila Prabhupada your activities are glorious
You gave us the best gift that any man could give
The perfect example of how we’re meant to live
Words & Music
by Titiksava Karunika Dasa
I went out to the cinema to see the latest show
I was whisked away to another world of celluloid heroes
And when the film was over I wandered back to my room
I was still the same lonely man I was that afternoon
My mind was nether here nor there but somewhere in-between
And my life it seemed as useless as those flickering lights up on the screen
Maybe you could help me understand
Maybe you could help me devise a plan for freedom
I was restless feeling hungry, went to get a bite to eat
The lamb I stuck my knife into started to talk to me
She asked me “how would you like to be treated in this way”
And told me that for crimes like this I’d surely have to pay
And the idle talk and laughter seemed to fade then disappear
My throat was dry, my blood ran cold, I was over come with fear
I finally made it out of there I was feelin’ kind of fried
I found myself wandering ’round New York’s lower east side
I saw you through the window seated behind a small desk
Surrounded by shaven headed monks all clad in saffron dress
And I felt myself mysteriously pulled to come inside the room
The atmosphere was such I felt it take away my gloom
Although your accent was quite thick, you made it very clear
That we were all eternal souls who did not belong here
That everything around us would surely disappear
And that we could understand if we took the time to hear
From authorities connected with a line from up above
Who know the actual goal of life, the real meaning of love
You spoke about a culture full of dignity and grace
You looked like you were from there, one could see it in your face
You told us of your mission that was meant to save the world
From the all impending doom that was soon to be unfurled
And when the talk was over I felt something deep inside
I wanted just to serve you, though I felt unqualified

It doesn’t really matter how much you make
It doesn’t really matter what you drive
It doesn’t really matter if your teeth are fake
It doesn’t really matter if you’re fifty or five
But ask yourself
Have I abounding Love?
For every being and every one
Especially for God above
It doesn’t really matter how quick you run
It doesn’t really matter if you’re good in a fight
It doesn’t really matter the medals you’ve won
It doesn’t really matter if you’re black or white
But ask yourself
Have I abounding Love?
For every being and every one
Especially for God above
Maya’s there just to drag you down
It’s an illusion, don’t be fooled
It doesn’t really matter if you’ve got a big name
Adoration and distinction, women and fame
If you’re healthy or you’re wealthy, under-rated or plain
Educated over-stated yea you’ve got big brains
It doesn’t really matter how big you build
Where you live or the positions that you’ve filled
It doesn’t really matter if you’ve been to the moon
It doesn’t really matter if you like this tune
But ask yourself
Have I abounding Love?
For every being and every one
Especially, especially, especially for God above
There’s nothing else that really matters
There’s nothing else that really matters

I sit here waiting for the sun to fall
Time moves slow then you’ve done it all
Was her before, now I’m back again
Once I thought that it would never end
Then the cycle of revolving time
Took away all that I thought was mine
Lost the millions that I never had
Never thought that times would look so bad
Claydee borrowed all the banks would loan
To build his buildings and his fine new home
Yes, you could say that doggie got his bone
But he can’t enjoy it on his own
The brownie baker known as Billie Fay
Owed a thousand, but she wouldn’t pay
Guess she thought that she could get away
Now she’s waiting for a better day
O.H. hangs his money on his walls
Won’t catch him sweatin’ while the market falls
But he’s still thinking ‘bout that debutante
They say the more you have the more you want
Steve Locke he studies in the A. & M. University
To get his Masters in Geology
To find that oil he’d tear the earth apart
But he don’t even see his own steal framed heart
Now Cecil Rhoads he lost his only son
A tragedy all for the sake of fun
I’ve heard it said only the good die young
Still that’s a useless consolation
There must be something going on here at the Desert Inn
People keep going in the bar but don’t come back out again
I think everybody here is afflicted with some kind of drinking disease
While Agnes just sits behind the counter counting keys
I doubt the County Sheriff will be elected again
A man who beats up his wife is a man without a friend
His family life was forcefully ended
And the cops on the street just want to see him suspended
Wild Willie Byer I guess he’ll never learn
He was caught for armed robbery
At a downtown investment brokerage firm
He took Glen Little’s money,
Then he kissed him on the forehead
Glen said he could’a shot him,
But he didn’t want to see the carpet red
Now all the roustabouts have all left town
And price per barrel is still going down
They say that soon it’s gonna taper off
Don’t matter anyway, I’ve had enough
Whether it’s good or bad or just by the way
Or only Fair To Midland some may say
It seems to me as though it’s all been planned
All I’ll think twice before I reprimand
Never put your faith in things of gold
You’ll sure regret it when you’re weak and old
Never trust a man whose got a gun
A woman or a politician
There is no disease as bad as lust
No fire burns as hot as anger does
There’s no enemy like ignorance
Think I’ll beat it while I’ve got the chance
Words & Music
by Titiksava Karunika Dasa
In this great battle of material existence
We are being wiped out by the enemy called time
We seek protection in our friends and our society
Believing that they’ll save us, but we couldn’t be more blind
We stand surrounded by our doctors our technology
Our wives and children standing proudly by our side
But our make shift army has no choice but to desert us
No fault or theirs, it’s just part of the design
And yet we cling to these fallible soldiers
Fallible soldiers how can you help us now?
And yet we cling to these fallible soldiers
Fallible soldiers can’t help anyone anyhow
Life’s perfection is simply hearing
Of the pastimes of the Transcendental One
And Glorifying His Activities
Will bring us all to the ultimate perfection
Krishna’s love is all around
And when we look He can be found
And don’t you know He’s our best friend
Only He can help us in the end
There are so many, so many types of people
The common worker, The philosopher and mystic yogi
And ultimately the unalloyed devotee
For all of them the process is the same
Why should we cling to these fallible soldiers?
Fallible soldiers how can you help us now?
And yet we cling to these fallible soldiers
Fallible soldiers can’t help anyone anyhow
Words & Music

Had a pocket full of dreams
Thought I’d reach them all at last
Life is seldom what it seems
My dreams shattered like broken glass
Don’t you know that those who walk away they only wander
Can’t you see the malcontent in those who’ve never really tried
But every body’s stuck in their own film
Everybody wants to be the star
But we don’t even know what is real
Yea we don’t even know who we are
Don’t you know that those who walk away they only wander
Can’t you see the malcontent in those who’ve never really tried
If you’ve ever felt there must be more to life than most men ponder
You can understand there must be something on the other side
Could you be the one who walks away
Will you be the one who knows the score
Look inside the truth resides within
And you know the truth unlocks the door
Don’t you know that those who walk away they only wander
Can’t you see the malcontent in those who’ve never really tried
If you’ve ever felt there must be more to life than most men ponder
You can understand there must be something, must be something
On the other side
Words & Music

I saw you walking in the down town, you didn’t care to notice me
You were cutting jokes and laughing hard with your friends from New Orleans
I had something I felt important, you thought my views just strange
And now we chance to meet again, how true it is times change
You say that this is life it seems
Do your duty day by day
Hope for the best, strive for your dreams
Just go on and come what may
You credit the Creator, but can you tell me who He is
Can you tell me what His name is, can you tell me where He lives
Have you ever had a moments peace from the nagging of your mind
Have you ever really been so sure, that you could leave it all behind?
Philosophies wrought full of holes
We can’t fall back on alibis
With broken sword you stand your ground
Reckless abandon in your eyes
Ask not for whom the bell tolls
The wise don’t lament for passing souls
Ask not for whom the bell tolls
Everyone knows it’s for us all
Sure I’d like to be accepted, but I’d rather speak the truth
The people who we try to please rarely give a damn ’bout you
They may support your status, or defend you when your struck
But when the house is burning, they’ll just say it’s your bad luck
We hide ourselves behind brick walls
Cold winds blow our curtains torn
Our friends and kin around us fall
But who’s to say who’ll be unborn
Words & Music

So many people whither in pain
under the weather
will they surface again ?
Down to the bottom of darkest despair
all the time wondering
is there anyone there ?
How could this happen ?
It happened to me
I didn’t know what I’ll do just to get free
Trapped in this body we suffer disgrace
Seems a karmic reaction
hit me right in the face
Freedom is what I want
Can you show me the way ?
Freedom from suffering
don’t care how much I must pay
Freedom from birth and death
Don’t want to come here no more
Freedom from the influence of time
So many feelings all locked up inside
I didn’t know what there was
inside me to hide
I know I can get there, I just don’t know how
Is there anyone out there
who can help me know ?
Freedom is what I want
Can you show me the way ?
Freedom from suffering
Don’t care how much I must pay
Freedom from birth and death
Don’t want to come here no more
Freedom from the influence of time

Free Yourself of all material gains
Letting go of worldly desires is the key
Free Yourself, break the chains that bind
You to a world filled with illusions
You decide which way is the best
Maya just won’t, won’t let your spirit rest
The more to her you cling
The more you’ll need God’s help
Get to know the Supreme Lord Krsna
And Free Yourself
Free Yourself and you’ll free your soul
From the prison walls you have to live inside
Free Yourself through the power of God
Guiding you with love out of confusion

This song was recorded by my good friend Nirantara.
I went to his home one day and he asked me to sing my version over the top of his recording. This is the result.

There is a place beyond the sky
Where you can live forever
No one ever has to die
Where every word’s a song
And every step a dance
The Lord plays upon His flute
Which is heard throughout the land<
And all the children there
Frolic in the forest groves
In the land called Goloka Vrndavana
Bountiful surabhi cows
Supplying milk upon demand
Wish-fulfilling trees
Place any fruit within your hand
There’s no need of sun or light
Everything has it’s self effulgent light
You can play forever, never worry ’bout the night
And all the people there
Serve the senses of the Lord
In the land called Goloka Vrndavana
In the spiritual world
Everyone chants the glories of the Lord

I hope you don’t think that I’m too out of line
But I just want to show you we can have a good time
Good time
You don’t have to drive a fancy car
To have a good time
You don’t have to be a Hollywood star
To have a good time
You don’t have to own a house or a yacht
You can be satisfied with what you’ve already got
And have a good time
There’s just one thing that I want you to try
Just this one time before you gotta lay down and die
Hare Krishna Hare Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare (x2)
You don’t have to have a Ph.D..
To have a good time
You don’t have to have 20/20 vision to see what I mean
And have a good time
You don’t have to wear no fancy clothes
Just be yourself and heaven knows
You’ll have a good time
Words & Music
by Nirantara dasa and Prabhupada Dasa
He is the cause of all causes
He has no origin other than Himself
Everything is emanating from Him
Govinda, Govinda
I just worship Govinda
He is not void or impersonal
His form is spiritual, not material
And his body is the most attractive
Govinda, Govinda
I belong to Govinda
He is eternal full of bliss and knowledge
He is the reservoir of all pleasure
Govinda, Govinda
Black and beautiful
He is the goal of meditation
And when you chant his name
He reviles himself
He’s far beyond the range of sense perception
Govinda, Govinda
I’m in love with Govinda
With no effort he controls the cosmos
(He’s got full control)
He’s the source of the whole creation
(He’s the one who can make you happy)
Govinda, Govinda
Black and beautiful Govinda
Words & Music
by Titiksava Karunika Dasa
Material pleasure you know it just can’t last
Still I like to enjoy, look at the price of my toys
I still like driving fast
Got a brand new Ferrari, got a house on the hill
I thought that all of these things would keep me satisfied
But I’m hankering still
I hear the sages they’re calling
With words as sharp as a knife
They want to cut the illusion
And guide us back to our spiritual life
Hack it out of my heart, hack it out of my heart
Attachment to things that just can’t be
Hack it out of my heart
Love for a woman, it can be so strong
You find yourself doing things you never thought you would do
Whether it’s right or wrong
She got you running all day, she suck your strength in the night
You got your head in a cloud, driving her all over town
Thinking that it’s all right
I hear the sages they’re calling
With words as sharp as a knife
They want to cut the illusion
And guide us back to our spiritual life
Hack it out of my heart, hack it out of my heart
Attachment to things that just can’t be
Hack it out of my heart
Small children buzzing like bees, the house itself seems alive
Oh the celestial charms of being held in the arms
By the Queen of the hive
But for this you must pay, well that’s just part of the deal
And if you can’t make ends meet by simple honest means
You’re ready to beg, borrow or steal
Hack it out of my heart, hack it out of my heart
Attachment to things that just can’t be
Hack it out of my heart
Words & Music

See the little fawn
Move too fast and she’ll be gone
She knows to run away
But why disturb her play?
Have Mercy On The Animals
They have feelings too
Have Mercy On The Animals
They feel just like we do
Mother cow’s out in the field
So much milk she can yield
Father bull he tills the land
Providing grains for beast and man
See the birds up in the trees
They also have their families
Build their nest away up high
‘Cause just like you they don’t wanna die
Have mercy and mercy will be shown to you (x2)

We’re all looking for some glory
We’ve all heard a soldiers story
Now we’ve gotta fight
We’re on top the crowds are cheering
Pretty soon we may be hearing
Sirens in the night
Thought we had it made but with a twist of fate
The enemy gets stronger, yea they retaliate
When the bombs they start to falling
Is it still too late to see
We create our own destiny
H. bombs, hurricanes and heart attacks
We’ve all read the news, we’ve all heard the facts
No one gets away, we all gotta pay, with the likes of
H. bombs, hurricanes and heart attacks
The god of wind gets angry
If we never try to please him
Now we’ve got a storm
With amazing ease
He’s smashing buildings moving trees
Don’t say you weren’t forewarned
Everything that goes is under strict control
But ya gotta know the science or you pay the toll
And it’s not a simple matter of a public poll to see
We create our own destiny
H. bombs, hurricanes and heart attacks
We’re feeling oh so healthy
So religious even wealthy
Then the pump it fails
Our body will betray us
Our own limbs they won’t obey us
Can’t you see what this entails?
Better make precautions for the problems at hand
And no matter who you just try to understand
That what you’re doin’ now is making future plans, just see
We create our own destiny
Wasn’t it just a little bit weird
When the girl you thought attractive started growing a beard?
Don’t you think that it’s really insane
When so many people flush their babies right down the drain?
Wouldn’t you say that it’s kinda bizarre
When you see a Hare Krishna play electric guitar?
But can you tell me who you really are?
H. bombs, hurricanes and heart attacks
H. bombs, hurricanes and heart attacks

In the midst of the darkness
Krishna’s love is the guiding light
If there’s something wrong
He can set it right
His inconceivable beauty
Will surely capture everyone’s heart
So let us get to know Him
And with that we’ll make a brand new start
So hold on, don’t despair
How can we cry when we know Krishna is there
Ain’t it the truth we haven’t got a care
Cause He’s right by our side
He’s our eternal guide
Krishna is the giver of pleasure
And to serve His lotus feet is the key
Only this will put an end
To our self inflicted misery
He is the friend of the fallen
He can destroy the evil doers at will
He protects His devotees
As He did by lifting Govardhan Hill
And if you’re thinking the Lord has left you
Just remember that He’s always in your heart
So hold on, don’t despair
How can we cry when we know Krishna is there
Ain’t it the truth we haven’t got a care
Cause He’s right by our side
He’s our eternal guide
Krishna is the source of creation
Without His sanction we just can’t do a thing
It is of His glories
That the sages constantly sing
Krishna, He is patiently waiting
For us to finish playing our little games
And if we really want to please Him
We’ll be calling out His holy names
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
And make allowance for their doubting too
If you can dream and not make dreams your master
If you can think and not think you’re the one
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With 60 seconds worth of distance run
Yours is the earth and everything that’s in it
And which is more, you’ll be a man my son
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools
Or watch the things you gave your life to broken
And stoop to build them up with worn out tools
If you can talk with crowds and keep you virtue
Or walk with kings, nor lose the common touch
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you
If all men count with you, but none to much
Music & Words

I don’t need you commin’ round telling me what to do
I don’t need you commin’ round I got better things to do
Than hear you stand around and criticize my every move
Why don’t you just leave me alone, go on get outta here
I don’t you need you round here
Why don’t you just take a hike now
Go on out to the woods and play
Go on take a hike now
I don’t wanna hear what you gotta say
All you do is criticize the things I try to do
All you do is minimize what I try to do for you
Everything, everything I’ve ever done I tried to help you now
You just don’t appreciate my being round
Why don’t you just hear me now
Or you can just take a hike now
Go on out to the woods and play
Why don’t you take a hike now
I don’t wanna hear what you gotta say
Why don’t you listen to me sometimes
Everything I ever done I tried to do for you
And all you ever pay me back is with words of booby boo
Why don’t you understand, I’m just a normal man
Why can’t you just try to see
That I only wanna please, I’m on my knees
Why don’t you just take a hike now
Go on out to the woods and play
Why don’t you just take a hike now
I don’t wanna hear what you gotta say
Take a hike now

It’s my nature to rock and roll
Just ‘cause I do don’t mean I ain’t got soul
It’s my nature
We do it for Krishna…. ‘cause He’s the ultimate goal
Arjuna was a fighter to the highest degree
He didn’t wanna fight till Krishna made his plea
He said “But it’s your nature”
Arjuna fought it for Krishna……. fought it for you and me
It doesn’t really matter the type of work that you do
We’ve all got different natures different mentalities too
We’ve only to align ourselves with the ultimate truth
Or it’s like tryin’ to stop lord Jagannatha
It’s my nature It’s my nature
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare

It’s only an illusion
That keeps me running, running away from You
It’s only an illusion
That keeps me doing all the foolish things that I do
Like a foolish deer in the forest
Who is chasing after water that is simply not there
I spend my life uselessly searching
After a mirage, it ony ends in despare
Oh lord won’t You help me understand
All the things I need to know to be a part of Your plan
You’ve come to save the fallen, well I’m a low born man
Won’t You please lend me the strength so I can make a stand
You are the source begining, middle and end
You reside within my heart as a well wishing friend
Oh master of the world it’s just no use to pretend
I’m praying for Your mercy won’t You help me transcend

Come all you sinners and sages
I’ve got something to tell
It’s been aknowledged for ages
Though very few know it well
It’s the maha mantra that’s gonna set you free
It’s the maha mantra that’s gonna get you the mercy
I was feelin’ desserted
Feeling down on my luck
I call my friend up he tells me
What you’ve got is enough
Cause it’s the maha mantra that’s gonna set you free
It’s the maha mantra that’s gonna get you the mercy
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
I wanted to believe what he told me
But I’ve had a hard time keeping it together
I’ve got bills to pay, children to feed
And I’m feeling under stormy weather
Still he said to me
It’s the maha mantra that’s gonna set you free
It’s the maha mantra that’s gonna get you the mercy
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Now I’m feeling much better
I’m chanting more every day
Though it still isn’t easy
It’s such a small price to pay
Cause it’s the maha mantra that’s gonna set you free
It’s the maha mantra that’s gonna get you the mercy
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare

People running ’round in circles everyday
Working like the devil just to make their pay
Without a hesitation they would lie or steal
No consideration ’bout how other people feel
Still It’s Up To You what you want to do
Yes, it’s up to you what you want to do
Nothing for nothing we’ve all heard it said
Some people never get it through their head
Thinking that life’s just a monopoly game
Cheating to win they end up goin’ insane
Though Maya’s world seems nice
Before you grab your slice
Ask yourself if you can afford the price
Pontius Pilate stood before the crowd outside
And said, “To end the celebration let the people decide
Between the killer Barabas and the King of the Jews
Set one man free, but you gotta choose”
Krsna spoke to Arjuna on the battlefield
Where the import of the Vedas was revealed
He told him that his duty was to stand and fight
Explaining confidential knowledge and what was right
Don’t try to minimize the message of love
Don’t underestimate the Lord up above
He’s reaching out for you, you know we’ve all been told
Why should He help you when you won’t grab hold?
Leaving It Up To You, It’s up to you, It’s up to you, It’s up to you

The holy name of Krsna
Resounding off your tongue
Telling all that all in all
Krsna Is The One
Hare, Rama and Krsna
Is transcendental sound
When chanted in the Maha-mantra
Goes nicely ’round and ’round
What could be more simple?
What else is so sublime?
When we chant the name Hari
Just see the faces shine
And Krsna He comes dancing
He’s dancing on your tongue
A blooming youth, Absolute Truth
Who stays forever young
The holy name of Krsna
Resounding off your tongue
Telling all that all in all
Krsna Is The One (x3)

When Krishna suddenly disappeared
From the company of the cowherd girls
They searched for Him everywhere
Not finding Him they all became quite crazy
They began to question the plants and trees
Have you seen the brother of Balarama?
Playing on His flute then laughing
He has stolen our hearts and gone
But Krishna never leaves Vrndavana
He stays in the hearts of all His friends
Krishna never leaves Vrndavana
It’s a love that never ends
The gopis they could understand
That Krishna left because of their pride
They were thinking themselves to be
The most fortunate women
To be by Krishna’s side
They began to think of His kisses sweet
His sidelong glancing eyes
Then they began to imitate
His dancing, His walking, His smile
But Krishna never leaves Vrndavana
He stays in the hearts of all His friends
Krishna never leaves Vrndavana
It’s a love that never ends
Radha and Krishna were all alone
In the forest of Vrndavana
He knew His leaving
Would only increase Her love
But Krishna never leaves Vrndavana
He stays in the hearts of all His friends
Krishna never leaves Vrndavana
It’s a love that never ends
When Krishna finally reappeared
Beneath the rays of the smiling moon
The gopis sought His soft embrace
His kisses which He offers even to His flute
He looked very magnificent
Seated amongst the cowherd girls
Their beauty it was unsurpassed
All 16,000 maidens had Krishna by their side
Krishna never leaves Vrndavana (etc.)
Krishna never leaves Vrndavana
Krishna never leaves Vrndavana
Krishna’s love never leaves Vrndavana
It’s a love that never ends

Lasting Happiness can be yours tonight
In Govinda’s house, Krsna’s healing light
Supreme pleasures, praise His holy name
Twice you will be blessed, Lasting Happiness
So many souls they are searching for
Something more than money cannot find
But of all the things your heart desires
The Supreme Lord’s gifts will blow your mind
We have slipped so low into darkness
And are totally convinced that God is dead
But we soon realize Maya’s playing tricks
For the spirit of the Lord is much alive

I know I’ve been hard hearted, I know that I’ve been cruel
I did so many useless thing I didn’t really need to do
Now I want to tell you that I’m gonna do my best
To change my ways, lift this haze and leave this awful mess
Let’s be glad, Let’s forget all those bad feelings that we had
Let us push those evil thought out from our mind
The wicked sinful kind
Well it’s true the modes of nature can influence the mind
But when we’re strong and just hold on we’ll get relief in time
The lord will never give you a test you cannot take
Suffering strikes the worldly minded, let’s not make that mistake
Sometimes can’t help but wonder how much more I can stand
But when we try to help ourselves the Lord will surely lend a hand
He’s standing there beside us ready any time we call
Waiting oh so patiently to bless us one and all
Let’s be glad, let’s forget all those bad feeling that we had
Let us push those evil thoughts out from our mind
Let us try to serve Sri Krishna all the time
Oh let’s be glad

Teachers told us that God was dead
Couldn’t get behind what the scriptures said
Conclusions based on their paltry minds evaluations
Are the yolk that binds (one to the material world)
And they’re living in lies, living in lies
Living in lies, living in lies
And they won’t admit that they ever could be wrong
We cried aloud to see the other side
But they buried truth with their foolish pride
The text they taught from just years ago
Is not quite up to date, but now they know for sure
They would have us believe that they are God
Giving all the sheep a reassuring nod
A greater force known as immanent death
Will defeat there lies, they’ll not take one more breath
Though the end is near, they’re still dying to hang on
Yet they won’t admit that they ever could be wrong

There’s a darkness commin’ over , commin’ over the world today
Can anyone denigh it , just look at what the papers say
There’s a big explosion, someone’s cryin’ about the war
But can any body out there tell me just exactly what we came here for
Light one candle
Cursing the darkness never helps to see
Light one candle
I can feel a shadow coming over me
Light one candle
Illumination the enlightening key
A simple act of kindness, a friendly word or a little smile
Can really make a difference to one who’s hurting or a little child
And if you’ve got the spirit, don’t hide away your inner light
Let the people all around you, share the love that you feel inside
Light one candle
Cursing the darkness never helps to see
Light one candle
I can feel a shadow coming over me
Light one candle
Illumination the enlightening key
Sometime I can’t believe what’s goin’ down
But does it really come as such a big suprize
Are you gonna fight it, are you gonna fight it
Or have they pulled the wool over your eyes?
Light one candle
Cursing the darkness never helps to see
Light one candle
I can feel a shadow coming over me
Light one candle
Illumination the enlightening key
Light on candle
Lend a hand and set your brother free
Light one candle
Light one candle

A little bird landed on my windowsill
The crumbs of bread on my table attracted her inside
Saw me standing there and flew up in the room
Being fearful for her lif
Little bird, you don’t have to be afraid
You can leave this prison anytime you like
Go back home, to the world where you belong
Flying freely in the big blue sky
The door is open if you want to fly outside
The window shutters have been opened wide
You could be on you way, flying in the sweet sunshine
Little bird, the only barriers are in your mind
Little bird, can’t you hear the whispering wind
Blowing ‘cross the glen
And gently through the trees
The breeze is calling
Ready to carry you back home
To your loving family
So why you standing there
On the back of the kitchen chair
Looking ’round so helplessly
Little bird don’t you wanna be free
The door is open if you want to fly outside
The window shutters have been opened wide
You could be on your way, flying in the sweet sunshine
You can leave this prison any time
The door is open, the door is open
The only barriers are in your mind

Sometimes can’t help but wonder who we are and why we’re here
And in the future where it is we’ll be
But Krishna gives us everything we need to know and more
When we follow His instruction then we’ll see
That it’s true we can all become lovers of God
If we simply give our hearts to Him
Yes it’s true we can all become lovers of God
If we simply give our hearts to Him
Krishna He is playing on His flute in Vrndavana
Tending the calves and playing with His friends
They all go to the forest and engage in childlike play
In that transcendental realm that never ends
Krishna is the lover of the cowherd girls of Vraja
Who only long to see Him once again
Srimati Radharani’s picking flowers as She sings
Of His glories this helps mitigate the pain (of their separation)
Nanda Maharaja is trading grains within the town
Where he will purchase something special for his Son
Meanwhile Mother Yasoda”s cooking milk upon the stove
Thinking only of her most beloved one
She calls to Him now Krishna it’s time to take your meal
You’ve playing with your friends for far too long
And it’s true we can all become lovers of God (x3)
If we simply give our hearts to Him

I saw this shinning light eminating from Your eyes
It left my heart wide open, I was completely mesmorized
I felt my life starting over when I saw you smiling at me
It was like you could see my dreams, You gave me my reason to be
And now that I found you love, how can I please you now my love
I’ll make a sacrifice, produce a gift for you my love
Even you turn me down, still all of the love I have for you……. remain
It seemed the whole universe was hovering ‘round your feet
You were so beautiful, a wonderful sight for all to see
You came along in time when I was looking for a friend
That shinning magic star. Beginning, middle and end
And now that I found you love, how can I please you now my love
I’ll make a sacrifice, produce a gift for you my love
Even you turn me down, all of the love I have for you remains
My love My love My love

Can you remember when you were a child
The dreams you had when you were small
Then a youth and now a man
Still the same person although your body is tall
I’m not this body, you’re not that body
We are all spirit soul
Energy never disipates
It simply changes form
I’m not my hands though I feel through them
You’ll never bind me by tying them
I’m not my eyes though my light shines through them
Neither am I my thoughts or my mind
I’m not this body, you’re not that body
We are all spirit soul
Energy never disipates
It simply changes form
The soul’s eternal and never dies
Does this really come as some suprize
You were here before, you’ll be back again
Unless and until you understand this simple truth my friend
I’m not this body, you’re not that body
We are all spirit soul
Energy never disipates
It simply changes form
Can you remember when you were a child
The dreams you had when you were small
Then a youth and now a man

One fine day we’ll be back home
Till that day we carry on
Keep our faith where it belongs
Faith in You will make us strong
And all our pains and all our fears
We’ve undergone through out the years
Will disappear like bad dreams do
‘Cause one fine day we’ll be with You
One fine day we’ll be flyin’ high
Past all the stars that are in the sky
Face to face finally we’ll meet
You the lord supreme falling at Your feet
The supreme abode is where we’ll be
Where everyone lives in harmony
And the only thing we all want to do
Is to serve Your feet we give ourselves to You

Tell me why must there be so much pain?
Tell me why, Lord, must there be so much pain?
Is it true it just has to be that way?
Tell me why they just don’t understand?
Tell me why, Lord, they just don’t understand?
Is it true it just has to be that way?
I will call out Your name
Echo all You proclaim
Please let me serve You again
To Thee I pray
Just how long before we can come back home again?
Just how long, Lord, before we come back home?
Is it true Lord, that we are On Our Way?

Just like a bird I flew in a dream
Through the sky above the sea
With a terrible roar I said to myself
“Feel how it is to be free”
Just then a voice inside my brain
said with an untiring sigh
“You may be as free as a bird
but you’re a Prisoner Of The Sky”
The astronaut in a rocketship
Looks like a sardine in a can
Ten thousand tons of hardware move
At the slightest touch of his hand
He’s free he thinks from gravity
He can kill with a blink of his eye
He may be as free as a bird
But he’s a Prisoner Of The Sky
The driving man flies down the road
At a million miles per year
He’s free he thinks from violent death
That lingers oh so near
Even he flies off the road
In a fiery crash and doesn’t die
He may be as free as a bird
But he’s a Prisoner Of The Sky
The cannons of America have fired a final vow
The shells of men must prop up again
The fallen sacred cow
We must have a free democracy
Our flag must always fly
We may be as free as the birds
But we’re still Prisoners Of The Sky
As I say these words I feel myself to be
Inadequate at best
I’ve told you only of the freedom
That cannot pass my test
God, who gave us life and all
Can free us by and by
He alone can free our souls
From the Prison Of The Sky
Words & Music

Everywhere I look I only see despair
There’s a wave of discontentment hanging in the air
Everyone seems haunted by the ghost of eternal time
Strange creatures, aliens and goblins running ’round my mind
I’m reaching out for you Lord, won’t you help me on my way
Don’t want to have to lie down in the bed I’ve made
You know I need your mercy, I hope it’s not too late
I know that only you can turn the hand of fate
Still somehow or other I think that I’ll enjoy
Find myself in the hand of a woman dancing like a little toy
Now I am stuck at the bottom of a deep dark well
when I make it out of here I doubt if anyone could tell
I’m reaching out for you Lord, won’t you help me on my way
Don’t want to have to lie down in the bed I’ve made
You know I need your mercy, you know it all too well
I know that only you can save me from this
Yes I would agree it’s time for a change
Anyone can see it’s not the same anymore
with Kali-yuga knocking at my door
We’re being pumped full of chemicals, overtaxed and underpaid
Still the president has got the nerve to tell us “Don’t be afraid”
Makes me want to leave the city, go to the woods and disappear
I’m just wondering how long it’ll be till I get out of here
Reaching out for you
Reaching out for you
Reaching out for you Lord
Reaching out for you

Music by Titiksava Karunika Dasa
With age I am humbled, deprived of success
I weep as my hollow life leads me to death
Lamenting the decades of unpardoned strife
I hereby submit the sad tale of my life
Alive in the womb of unbearable night
I lay in a bag with no air and no light
Then pushed from the darkness in shock and in pain
A network of fantasy had covered my brain
I Simply Surrender, no more will I moan
My Lord, I am fallen, Oh please take me home
I laughed as a child in my relatives’ laps
Parental affection had strengthened the trap
I grew and I studied each mundane event
So proud and so learned, now both I repent
Then eager for money, a household, a wife
I took on a burden which drained me for life
And time gone forever, how dearly it cost
Life’s progress had halted intolerable loss
Bewildered and angered by worldly desire
My selfishness grew and consumed me like fire
With the greatest of pleasure I put into pain
Those others whose flourishing had threatened my gain
And now I am humbled, diseased and downcast
My senses enfeebled, enjoyment has passed
An old man with fever in constant distress
Alone and afraid, so afraid of my death

Did you make it home to Godhead, did you get that far?
To where the lovers of the Lord and pure devotees are
To where every soul is singing, praising the One most high
Far beyond this world of sorrow, the spiritual sky
What happened to you my friend will happen to us all
Should we turn a deafened ear, ignore the inner call?
We can stride far from the truth and hide within our mind
Still no one has ever fooled the killer known as time
Not many people saw what you could see
That we’re just dreamers in a world of dreams but temporarily
That there’s a realm of beauty within a simple song
We can all get there someday, won’t you sing along

Sooner or later
You’ll have to decide
whether to take the easy road road
or to set your goals high
No one can force you
to change what you’re feeling inside
But sooner or later
you’ll have to decide
Sooner or later
you’re gonna be faced with a wall
trying to block you
trying to get you to stall
But with faith and determination
you can break through them all
But sooner or later
you’re gonna be faced with a wall
And everything that you’ve ever done
is gonna flash right before your eyes
And every song that you’ve ever sung
whether it’s humble, foolish or wise
is gonna come right back on you
Sure as the sun does shine
But if you can understand
these simple laws of nature
everything is gonna turn out just fine
Sooner or later
you’re gonna have to stand tall
just when the opposition
tries to make you look small
Stand up for what you believe in
no matter what names you’re called
Sooner or later
you’re gonna have to stand tall
Sooner or later
you’re gonna have to step down
from whatever worldly position
with which you’ve been crowned
By the force of time we’ll be humbled
Best to keep you feet on the ground
Sooner or later
you’re gonna have to step down
And everything that you’ve ever done
is gonna flash right before your eyes
And every song that you’ve ever sung
whether it’s humble, foolish or wise
is gonna come right back on you
Sure as the sun does shine
But if you can understand
these simple laws of nature
everything is gonna turn out just fine
Sooner or later

whether to take the easy road road

Who will transcend the cycle of birth and death
But the soul ya know it never really dies
Sometimes we sit beneath a sunny sky
But when the clouds roll in we run inside
Emotions like the seasons turning ’round
Sometimes we’re up, sometimes were feeling down
Show me the power of reason
To see that I am a soul for all seasons
None are so blind as those who refuse to see
We want to throw away our old white cane
But like the rising of the ocean’s tide
Those old desires start to swell inside
A sea of sense enjoyment beckons us
Just a mirage, we’ve got to call her bluff
This world is a place with lessons to be learned
Touch fire and you will get burned
We want to put an end to all our pain
And gaze upon your lotus face again
You are the one who makes it all worth while
Who can deny the beauty of your smile?
Show me the power of reason
To see that I am a soul, I am a soul
I am a soul for all seasons

If you wish to leave this material existence
Having found pleasing the senses is merely fictitious
Come along and grab a hold, do what’s natural for your soul
Join in the sankirtan
In Sri Dhama Mayapur, Sri Dhama Mayapur
If you just once hear the names Nitai Gauranga
From the lips of a pure devotee by this mercy you can go
To where the sacred river Ganges flowers, the heart of Navadwipa
Where the devotees are
O let me dance and chant the holy names in Sri Dhama Mayapur
Let me purify my soul bathing by the river Ganges shore
Let me always hear the name of Sri Sri Nitai Gaura
Let me be where the devotees are
In that holy land, that holy land
Sri Dhama Mayapur, Sri Dhama Mayapur
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
To receive the mercy of Lord Chaitanya
We must always seek the blessings of Sri Nityananda
Spiritual perfection will come, shining like the blazing sun

I’ve been wandering through this universe, sometimes up and sometimes down
So many things I find to be quite perverse, as I go from town to town
There’s no peace of mind that I can find, no mater how hard that I try
Got to come to grips with the situation, and get back to the spiritual sky
We’ve got to make our way to the place where we belong
That’s the Lords Supreme Abode it’s our eternal home
We’ve got to make our way to the place where we belong
That’s the Lords Supreme Abode it’s our eternal home
I heard about this place from the wisest man I think the world has ever known
With out a misdeed or a selfish thought, he tries his best to take us home
And of the Lord he is the dear-most friend, because he gives his all and all
He has opened up the doors to let us in, no mater if we’re big or small
We’ve got to make our way to the place where we belong
That’s the Lords Supreme Abode it’s our eternal home
We’ve got to make our way to the place where we belong
That’s the Lords Supreme Abode it’s our eternal home
No reason why we should stay here in this world where there is only pain and strife
There’s a better place where we can go if we can only purify our lives
We’ve got to make our way to the place where we belong
That’s the Lords Supreme Abode it’s our eternal home
We’ve got to make our way to the place where we belong

I knew a king
He was ruler of the land
Sat up upon his throne
And he ruled with heavy hand
He had palaces and treasury full of gold
His army never lost a fight or so I’m told
But when the citizens they saw him
they would be afraid
He was never known to keep
the promises he made
He would call out: “ Joy to all “
but kept the taxes high
Everybody knew that what he said
was just a lie
was just a lie
He called for his men and ministers
He said:
“ Is there not something more than this.
I want to enjoy something more today.
After all I am the king.
You can make them pay. “
Oh my dear king can’t you try just once to see
Satisfaction comes when we show humility
If you can see yourself as very small
just a part of all that be
From all this hankering
you finally will be free
finally will be free
Humility isn’t easy
still you know it’s better to be
like the simple sweeper in the street
than to pose yourself as a charlatan king
I met a sweeper had a tear in his eye
He said it’s not for myself
but for others that I cry
They’re working hard all day
forgetting life’s real goal
They may gain the world
but they neglect their soul
And so he swept the street
and keeping his heart clean
Never forgetting the Lord above
not even in a dream
He would stay at home at night
and to his God he’d pray
Not only for himself
but so that others may be saved
He wanted others to be saved
Humility isn’t easy
still you know it’s better to be
like the simple sweeper in the street
than to pose yourself as a charlatan King

When I get to feeling alone and that I need someone
That I can tell my troubles to
I call up Sri Krishna, ya know He helps me every time
It’s a method tried and true
Helps me chase away my blues
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Early in the morning before the sun starts to shine
We’ll be calling out His name
This simple process surely brings peace of mind
What more than this could we hope to attain
Won’t you join in this refrain

Yes, I, I just wanna say
As you go, go through your day
You will be tested, tested for sure
By Maya’s sense pleasures more and more
But you, you can set your goal
Just be practicing being a realized soul
You can be a transcendental, transcendental
Perfectly knowledged man
You can be a transcendental, transcendental
Transcendental Man
This world is heavy, so lighten up your load
By always travelling the spiritual road
There’s greener pastures, eternal bliss for all
When we surrender to Krsna’s beckoning call
The soul’s eternal, unborn and never dies
This realization opens your spiritual eyes
You’re not that body, so let it go and be free
Follow in the footsepts of the pure devotee

Intro:
Ever since time began, man has questioned the origin
Of Life itself and all that be
I know that in these times it must be hard to realize
That there is a God who cares for you and me
Chorus:
But Try To Understand
That there really is someone who can fulfill your dreams
He’s controlling everything, directing every scene
That He wants you home again
But He knows you must be free
Try To Understand
Try To Understand
Verse:
You say, “If there is a God, how could He be so cruel?
So many people are suffering
He’s not in control or He’s certainly fool”
But just as a loving father may reprimand his son
He wants us all to see the wrong that we have done
Chorus***
Bridge:
And as the dawn’s breaking
There’ll be no more mistaking
That you have found the promised land
Where the lion lays down with the lamb
And the Lord is everybody’s friend
Instrumental: (same as Chorus)

When oh when will that day be mine
When oh when will that day be mine
When in my heart will always shine
When oh when will that day be mine
When oh when will my heart be true
When oh when will my heart be true
When I see the sky oh so blue makes me wonder
When oh when will my heart be true
Why oh why do I have to cry
Why oh why do I have to cry
I know the spirit soul never dies
So easy to say so hard to realize
Why do I have to cry
When oh when will that day be mine
When oh when will that day be mine
When in my heart will always shine
When oh when, when oh when will that day be mine

Walking along, singing a song
Watching the boats glide up and down the Ganges
The sun hangs low like a big red globe
As the breeze blows gently through the palm trees
The vegetable man at the vegetable stand
Is selling fresh produce to local ladies
With a Hari Bol, they’re down the road
Past the children eating Hot Jalabies
Village people are happy to live
Village people are happy to give
The nectar that they’ve tasted in the Holy Name
It’s sweeter than the juice from a sugar cane
I don’t know why I should want to try
To go looking for a job in the city
There’s those who’ve tried, but they got fried
And we all thought well isn’t that a pity
Think I’ll stay right here where the air is clear
And the life we lead is pure and hearty
Got a lot to do but the pervading mood
Is like that which you would find at a party
When the sun goes down, few friends around
Take a little time to read the Vedas
The pastimes of the Lord with lotus eyes
Not only satisfy the heart but are the greatest
Village people, Village people, Village people
Are beautiful people

I went walking down by the lakeside
Pretty people all in a row
Some were biking , some were boating
Such a pity they don’t know
Summer sunshine is followed by rain
So called pleasure it turns into pain
If we’re not careful we’ll be here again
Why should we chose to remain?
Tried to help them find out the answer
To the question “Where do we go?”
Some were believers, some still doubted
Such a pity they don’t know
Summer sunshine is followed by rain
So called pleasure it turns into pain
If we’re not careful we’ll be here again
Why should we chose to remain?
